Age UK Connect is a short-term service with a focus on helping people find solutions to enable them to remain safe and well at home.

We offer information, advice, signposting and practical support around physical and mental health, care needs, housing, finances, social interaction and engagement with community.

Do you have experience of the health and social care sector, and understand the issues facing our communities? Do you have a passion for excellent customer service? Do you have strong administration skills using a variety of digital platforms?
