What is the role?

We are seeking friendly, seasoned hospitality staff to join our team to work at local event space in Chester City Centre.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all guests have a fantastic time whilst at our establishment and co-operate with the Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure a smooth service.

What will you be doing?

Serving guests food and drinks
Handling payment transactions accurately and responsibly
Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Communicating effectively with other team members and supervisors

What do you need?

Prior experience in restaurant or event food service is essential, you must be knowledgeable and passionate about the service you provide
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and remain calm under pressure
A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction

Please have your uniform ready to wear before you start with us

Uniform:

Navy blue polo shirt or shirt
Black trousers/skirt
Black smart shoes (no trainers)
