Surgical Patient and Sales Advisor:

A Surgical Patient and Sales Advisor role is required for one of our long-standing client. Our client is an Award-Winning boutique private hospital in the heart of Chelsea. They offer advanced surgical and non surgical treatments, and pride themselves on their world class care. Our client believes in people that have a strong work ethic and who always over-deliver. They have grown every year and are building their team to take us to the next level

The Role:

Basic salary £27,000 + uncapped comission
The post holder will be responsible for maximising surgical sales by providing the highest standards of patient care.
Our patient advisors use listening, knowledge and empathy to understand the needs of patients, ensuring they have the best outcomes to meet their treatment expectations.
Covering all of our surgical treatment specialities; Cosmetic such as breast augmentation, BBL, liposuction, rhinoplasty etc. and Plastics such as Scar revisions
Confident and bubbly
Sales driven ideally 3 years prior sales experience with proven results
If someone does not have sales experience proven to have exceptional influencing skills within prior roles, confident in how they would achieve targets moving into a sales role
Previous Clinic Manager (ideally with sales experience in this role) who is looking to take a step back from management
Has a keen interest in Cosmetics/Dermatology/Aesthetics
