In Clinic Sales Advisor:

A In Clinic Sales Advisor role is required for one of our long-standing client. Our client is an Award-Winning boutique private hospital in the heart of Chelsea. They offer advanced surgical and non surgical treatments, and pride themselves on their world class care. Our client believes in people that have a strong work ethic and who always over-deliver. They have grown every year and are building their team to take us to the next level

The Role:

- £30-40,000 base salary dependant on experience plus
uncapped commission:

Ideally, we are on the look out for an ex-clinic manager profile due to complexity of operation in clinic:
Taking ownership of time management, ensuring they see patients before and after consultation in a busy clinic where there is up to 150 patients nonsurgical and surgical patients a day
The post holder will be responsible for maximising Surgical conversion rate in clinic;
Meeting as many patients as possible before consultation, closing/converting the sale in clinic after the consultation,
Getting required info from consultants to close (building exceptional rapport with consultants),
Ensuring patient flow in clinic, enabling other SPAs and the company to reach our sales targets
Confidence is key and that ability to really engage with clients so they feel truly comfortable
Previous Clinic Manager (ideally with sales experience in this role) / Supervisor experience essential
Previous experience in Aesthetics, Cosmetics, Plastics, or Private Healthcare Sales is ideal
Passionate about Cosmetics/Dermatology/Aesthetics
Confidence and Organised
Bubbly and Friendly
