Description
As a Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with more than 10 internal teams to create captivating experiences for major events such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
  • Managing project execution, testing ideas, creating campaigns, analysing data, and solving problems to deliver desired results.
  • Utilising data to understand customer behaviour and using insights to inform new projects.
  • Providing comprehensive performance reporting and analysis on projects and taking necessary actions based on the insights gained.
  • Partnering and coordinating with other teams to launch tests and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects effectively.
  • Experience with quantitative analysis.
  • Photoshop skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in product/project management, consulting marketing, or ecommerce.
  • Quick learning ability for various software and tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience in regional or multicountry settings.
  • Knowledge of German, Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
Irrelevant of start date, this contract will end at the end of 2023.
