NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A large, successful litigation team in Warwickshire are now seeking an additional NQ solicitor to join their team.

This role will suit someone who wants to join a successful team that undertakes commercial litigation, professional negligence and IP litigationwork for large SME and national clients.

The role

  • To manage a caseload of smaller value contractual litigation files under supervision;
  • To assist on larger scale disputes as directed;
  • To work as part of a team on professional negligence matters;
  • To take an active role in business development activity.
Applications sought from;

  • Qualified or soon to qualify as a solicitor in England & Wales, including those undertaking the SQE.
  • Experience of undertaking litigation work in either a training seat or as a paralegal pre training.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Keen to work and progress their career in a busy team.
