Description
My client is a large not-for-profit organisation seeking an interim Part-time Finance Manager on an initial 6-month temporary basis, with a strong potential to go permanent.
The main responsibilities of the Interim Part-time Finance Manager are:
- Assisting or leading on the annual budget preparation.
- Supporting the organisation's ability to execute its medium to long term plan, by producing cash flow management reports.
- Completing routine monthly reporting for lenders and senior management.
- Managing 1 direct report and overseeing their work.
- Have strong experience from within a similar role.
- Experience of line managing a minimum of one staff member.
- Have strong reporting skills.
- Ideally hold a full accounting qualification or be qualified by experience.
The organisation offers a flexible working situation, a requirement of going into the office for three days a week based in the Colchester area.
