My client is a large not-for-profit organisation seeking an interim Part-time Finance Manager on an initial 6-month temporary basis, with a strong potential to go permanent.

The main responsibilities of the Interim Part-time Finance Manager are:

Assisting or leading on the annual budget preparation.
Supporting the organisation's ability to execute its medium to long term plan, by producing cash flow management reports.
Completing routine monthly reporting for lenders and senior management.
Managing 1 direct report and overseeing their work.
Have strong experience from within a similar role.
Experience of line managing a minimum of one staff member.
Have strong reporting skills.
Ideally hold a full accounting qualification or be qualified by experience.

The organisation offers a flexible working situation, a requirement of going into the office for three days a week based in the Colchester area.

Should the successful applicant be interested, there may be an avenue towards securing a permanent contract laterdown the line.
