The role:
- Deliver actionable insight based on data analysis of all marketing activity and channels (CRM, Social, Paid Search, Display, SEO, Affiliation etc).
- Support the Marketing teams to achieve their goals and objectives through the effective design and delivery of insightled marketing campaigns.
- Work with CRM team to deliver audience data selections.
- Provide effective analysis and interpretation of campaign effectiveness.
- Deliver data visualisation and dashboarding to maximise selfservice.
- Support the Marketing department's lead management process for all central enquiries into the business including, tracking, reporting, analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Assist in data management, governance, attribution rules, and data quality with other member of the Data team to ensure data integrity & single source of truth across the company.
- Performance initiatives analysis
- Create and improve existing dashboards and reporting (Outside of Marketing) allowing colleagues and board members to be informed in terms of KPIs and specific concerns for their areas.
Previous experience:
- Degree or equivalent (preferred).
- Relevant experience, i.e., marketing analytics, with a strong background in marketing and an understanding of the role dataled insights can have in improving the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Knowledge of BigQuery and/or Redshift.
- Experience developing measurement frameworks and dashboards, utilising appropriate software (e.g., Tableau, Data Studio).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, SA360 and other related MarTech
- Strong SQL Skills
- Interpersonal communication comfortable and skilled at communicating complex insights to nondataoriented stakeholders.
- Ability to take large data sets and identify trends.
- Data manipulation through tools such as Microsoft Excel.
- Management of workload across adhoc requests and deadlines.
- Application of statistics in the context of performance and trends analysis (Desired)
