We are currently looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join a much-loved FMCG branded business

This role plays a major part in the brands growth plans. You will develop strong relationships with key customers and identify and develop new business. You must have strong influencing skills and able to motivate and support a cross functional team withvision and purpose.


Responsibilities:


  • Full P&L accountability
  • Manage customer relationships and budget delivery
  • Develop, negotiate and track the delivery of JBP's with key customers that underpins the sales and brand strategy for your customers
  • Cross functional stakeholder management with brand, finance, supply chain and procurement to help design and activate in market all brand, NPD and category initiatives
  • Works closely with the Head of Retail to continuously analyse ROI to optimise spend

The Person:


  • Minimum 3 years' experience with P&L responsibility
  • Experience within the Grocery channel
  • Experience working with a branded FMCG business
  • Proven negotiator who can demonstrate experience of maintaining focus, control and delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen managing P&L and JBP's
  • High attention to detail
  • Confidence to communicate results and learnings to all stakeholders
