Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Senior Administrative Assistant to work within our busy admin team to provide admin and secretarial support to the Hull Primary Care Addictions Service.

The successful applicant will undertake administrative/ secretarial duties including direct contact with staff members. They will also provide support and guidance to staff members with the NDTMS database system.

  • Part time position, office hours 9am 5pm Monday
  • Friday, can be 2 full days or split. Until September 2024, this will need to be Tuesday and Wednesdays to shadow current post holder.
  • Working within a supportive, friendly team.
  • Training, development and regular supervision provided.
  • Flexibility required for absence/annual leave cover when required.


Main duties will be typing clinical letters, diary management and booking appointments for staff/managerial team, processing referrals using the patient administration system (SystmOne), general administrative & management and upload of NDTMS national reporting data.

You will be required to act on your own initiative and project a professional image at all times.
