This role of Divisional Governance and Performance Officer will be working as part of the Mental Health Divisional Management Team supporting activities across all areas of quality & governance,


To work autonomously and develop substantial support systems relevant to the area of work, including supporting the service line Clinical Governance and ensuring escalation and dissemination processes are in place to ensure robust governance.


You will be working closely with operational and clinical leads across the Division to support and ensure robust governance and clinical quality is embedded across the division.


You will be working closely with relevant corporate departments including quality and patient safety, patient experience, complaints and performance team to support the Division's governance and clinical quality agenda.


The role will have responsibility for supporting:
Supporting the organisation and monitoring of serious incidents and the resulting actions and shared learning across the

The Division and quality governance team in the handling, tracking and monitoring of patient safety incidents being investigated and supporting dissemination of learning

The administration and co-ordination of CQC action plans and supporting evidence
