About The Role:


LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Quality and Governance Co-ordinator.

Reporting to our Director of Quality and Governance, your key focus will be supporting the administration and coordination of appropriate strategies to deliver current and future business requirements.


In this newly created role, you will be an active member of the Quality and Governance team playing an instrumental role in providing administration support in meetings and supporting the mapping and documenting of key processes, organisation is key As a fast-paced and growing business,, you will build trusted relationships across a number of departments to provide support with problem solving and other quality and governance initiatives ensuring best practice is identified and shared.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will be highly organised with an ability to work at pace in an evolving business.

Ideally, you will have experience of working in Healthcare and have a sound knowledge of process mapping.

You will not be afraid to take initiative and share your ideas on areas for improvement, with the ability to translate these ideas into visions that drive influence others.

A good level of Excel and computer skills is essential, along with a full UK driving licence as there will be an ad-hoc requirement to travel to our Harlow and Coventry sites.
