Property Administrator - Manchester - Up to £25,000

Due to continued success, our client, a leading independent Estate Agency with multiple branches across Manchester, are looking for a superb Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator to work as part of an established and friendly team in their busy South Manchester office, initially on a 12 month contract and expected to become permanent.

What you will be doing

Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone, promoting customer excellence whilst working in collaboration with the estate agency team
Based on site and dealing with all enquires in a positive and courteous manner
Arranging and booking viewings with our agents
Maintaining regular contact with buyers and vendors to negotiate sales/lettings
Crosssell additional services
A proactive approach to bring in new business

What you will have

Previous admin and general office or reception experience required
Excellent customer service skills
Relationshipbuilding skills
Previous property experience preferred but not essential
