WHAT IS ON OFFER

Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Insurance Officer to join our Risk Department based at our Headquarters in Knowsley, Liverpool.

In this role, you will develop a fundamental understanding of insurance and risk through on the job trainingand an 18 month apprenticeship.

We do not require relevant experience, this is an opportunity to start a career in insurance with a market leading provider in inspection and analytical services.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential Skills

Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a collaborative work ethic and work well within a team
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Results oriented and focused on delivering defined KPI's
The ability to work in a crossfunctional environment with an appreciation of varying professional disciplines
The ability to work to defined timescales and manage multiple tasks, responding effectively to changing priorities

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 5 GCSE equivalent qualifications including English, Maths & Science (Grades A-C or 4 or above)

Work Experience

Previous experience within the testing and analysis industry is desirable

Languages

Fluency in English is essential
Other languages e.g. Spanish are advantageous

Travel Requirements

Occasional overseas travel may be required
