Based in the north of Glasgow, Our client has been established for over 40 years. They have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who they provide a factoring service to.

The Role

To oversee and programme manage delivery of the Association's property investment programme for tenants and factored owners.

To ensure contracts are managed effectively to deliver value for money, high quality finishes and outstanding levels of customerservice and satisfaction.

On Offer

This role has a competitive salary banding of £41,884- £45,315 EVH Grade 8 PA2- PA231


In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
