Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of experienced Production Machine Operators to join our clients manufacturing site based in Caerphilly (Bedwas).

Immediate starts are available for the right candidate.


Hours of work:
These roles are following a 3 shift rotational pattern consisting of days, nights & afternoons.

Days - 06:00am - 14:00pm
Nights - 22:00pm - 06:00am
Afternoons - 14:00pm - 22:00pm


Duties will include:
Operate a range of production machinery / equipment
Load / unload raw material to and from a CNC Machine
Work to production KPI's / targets within a manufacturing setting
Complete defined quality checks in process with gauge checks
Visual inspection of finished product ensuring company standards are met and adhered to
Complete production paperwork as required.
Understand basic quality requirements and business expectations for your process
The desired candidates will have:

Previous experience within a similar role would be essential
Experience of operating production machinery / equipment
Knowledgeable of health & safety procedures / practises within a manufacturing environment.
