Job Summary:
To provide general administration throughout the department as requested by company managers/supervisors. To ensure that business needs are met whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Main Responsibilites
- To assist in company administrative tasks as required
- Work closely with The Invoicing Manager and Invoicing Surveyors to provide administration support
- Drafting and sending out correspondence to Clients
- Maintain company inhouse database
- Compile excel spreadsheets
- Create and submit Invoices
- Create Applications, including Pricing elements of works
- Assist in the preparation of invoices prior to their submission to Clients
- Any other administrative tasks as required
Person Specification
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have good organisational and time management skills
- Be able to liaise with staff at all levels
- Have good attention to detail
- Have good IT skills and the ability to use a variety of packages
- Preferably have a full UK Driving licence due to location of our office
- Be selfmotivated
Essential Qualifications/Skills
5 GCSES graded between A* - C (or equivalent)

- 3month probationary period
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 08:00am 5:30pm, 1 hour for unpaid lunch
- Estimating College Course 1 day per week
- Paid monthly via bacs
