Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a driven, energetic Goods Receiving Support Operator to join us at our plant in Wrexham.

This in an excellent chance for someone who is looking for exposure in a high-priority function within the facility.

You would play a key role in ensuring critical raw materials and packaging are receipted, which is imperative to the continuous production of our world class cereal.

Here's a taste of what you will be doing

Internal movement of materials within the plant to maximise space effectively.
Ensuring all running stock locations for cases are in order with the daily schedule.
For the return of all used pallets, cages and IBC's back to the the suppliers.
The movement of fruit to the tank floor as per the schedule requirements.
Ensuring all receipts are off loaded, checked off and located correctly against the daily call off sheets using the inhouse management warehouse scanning system (OPUS).
Supporting Plant Operations on shift to achieve operational targets.
Maintaining own area to ensure full compliance with all KPI metrics and ensuring improvement activities are consistently driven and exhausted.

Your recipe for success

Previous experience within a Manufacturing/Warehouse/Inbound or outbound environment
Current valid driving licence is essential, FLT experience would be an advantage
Organisational, interpersonal, communication skills. A selfstarter with a "can do" attitude who is able to adapt to everchanging situations. This is critical for training to build team capability.
Experience of SAP and Opus is desirable.
