Our colleagues in the
Technical & Reliability team, based in our Manchester Plant are looking for a
Maintenance Administrator.


As we're putting our hearts and souls into the future of food, we'll be looking at you to liaise with our maintenance and production teams and also support the maintenance function.


HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Internet for reporting, creation of posters, general admin etc
  • Data input and management
  • General paperwork, filing and archiving.
  • Daily interaction with operational teams through a structured meeting process
  • Work in line with best practice Safety, Food Safety and Food Quality Standard
  • Ensure communication is clear and consistent to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Any other duty as may be considered necessary to assist the business.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • High level of IT literacy
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy
  • Good people and communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure of conflicting demands and time constraints.
  • SAP planned maintenance.
  • Preferably worked with engineering maintenance environment previously.
