We have an amazing opportunity to join our wonderful team as a
National Account Supply Chain Executive If you are a driven, passionate person who focuses heavily on Customer Service, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you

This is a customer facing role with exposure to some of the UK's largest retailers.

Providing the pivotal link between the supplier and customer, you will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver perfect service and productivity savings.

Here's a taste of what you will be doing

Managing and establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, with a focus on improving service level and maintaining on shelf availability. This will involve understanding and prioritising customer supply needs as required.
Leading and presenting weekly and monthly customer account reviews with a focus on root causing drivers of service loss and future prevention.
Identifying and owning productivity saving opportunities across the E2E supply chain by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Constantly focused on innovating and improving our supply chain processes
Helping to deliver the commercial plan on time and in full by liaising with the relevant internal and external teams
Spotting and interpreting trends in a timely manner, with an emphasis on the detail
Work crossfunctionally as part of the team.

Your recipe for success

Preferable experience working within major grocery accounts and/or supply chain in the FMCG industry
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills able to create and evaluate data in a spreadsheet format
Have an understanding of product distribution and shelf availability would be a key attractive.
