Main area Physiotherapy Grade Band 6 Contract Permanent Hours Full time - 37.Hull University Teaching Hospitals are seeking a Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist to join our diverse team of allied health professionals.
As a Senior Physiotherapist you will deliver the assessment and treatment of patients who present within the Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Service , delivering evidence based interventions to facilitate recovery, promote well-being , self-management and optimise independent functioning as far as reasonably possible in all areas of lifeYou will be expected to be an active member of the multi-disciplinary team and build social networks working in partnership with other agencies to identify and address the immediate need
The rotations offer experience in Elective Orthopaedics, Musculoskeletal Outpatients including Gym, Emergency Care, Hands and Plastics, Rheumatology, Occupational Health and Paediatrics.
The post would suit a Band 5 physiotherapist who has completed their core rotations and feels ready for the challenge of the senior rotational position.
Support will be provided to enhance operational management skills and the post holder will contribute to service planning, development and teaching.
As a Senior Physiotherapist, the post holder will be a role model for their team and pride themselves on delivering high quality care and motivate their team to do the same.
