Part Time Customer Service Advisor Job in Southbourne
Dovetail Recruitment is excited to be working with a well-established, growing company who are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Advisor to work in their small friendly team based in Southbourne.
As a Part Time Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact providing telephone and administration support to the company's new and existing customers.
The ideal person to fit this position will be a confident, positive, with a can-do attitude that can hit the floor running and add value straight away.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer service calls from new and existing customers
- Supporting the business with sales administration
- Processing customer orders
- Additional sales support tasks as and when required
- Problemsolving any discrepancies with attention to detail
- Data input into inhouse CRM Horizon full training will be provided
Knowledge and Experience:
- Experience working in a busy officebased customer service environment
- Computer proficiency including using PC/Outlook/Internet Browsers
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Experience in providing a high level of customer care
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Salary and Benefits:
- £20,000 per annum pro rata
- Monday
- Friday 9:00 am 3:00 pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays pro rata
- Ample tea and coffee with kitchen facilities
- Beautiful location, close walk to the beachfront
