Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

While previous experience in the ECO/Social Housing sector in an administrative capacity is advantageous, it is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing incoming paperwork accurately and efficiently, transferring information from paper to digital formats.
  • Liaising with sitebased operatives to ensure proper data collection and providing necessary support.
  • Monitoring and updating various spreadsheets and databases.
  • Handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
  • Making outbound calls to schedule appointments with customers.
  • Ensuring all tasks meet high standards and daily targets are achieved.
  • Efficiently scheduling works and managing operatives' diaries.
  • Ordering materials as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with proficiency in computer operation.
  • Be comfortable with making and receiving phone calls.
