Description

The Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of photodiodes device fabrication and characterisation to make an impact on our infrared avalanche photodiode research.


You will have a PhD in photodiodes based on III-V semiconductor materials, preferably with relevant experience of device fabrication and characterisation for photodiodes.

You also have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
