Job Description:

Morgan McKinley is working with a very well established organisation based in the Tadworth, Surrey area who is looking for an experienced Fund Accounting Specialist to join their busy and growing Inve


Salary:
£50-55K plus bonus


Duration: 12 month fixed term contract


Location:
Hybrid working


The Investment Fund Accounting Specialist duties:

  • Review wide variety of fund ranges throughout the day
  • Review processes and implement procedural improvements to reduce risk and improve efficiency
  • Follow up any issues arising with other areas within Investment Services and Fund Accounting
  • Ensure that all Pre
  • NAV evaluation exceptions are resolved in a timely manner, and that adequate escalation procedures are in place
  • Assist with fund accounting projects
  • Participation in monthly Performance NAV and Swing pricing processes
  • Ensure effective site and systems contingency procedures in place
  • Ensuring that development, implementation and documentation of procedures is carried out
  • Management reporting
  • Maintaining stakeholder relationships

Skills and experience required:


  • Experience of working in a similar Fund Accounting
  • Investment Fund Accountant type role
  • Previous NAV Signoff / Fund Accounting / NAV Oversight experience
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Problem solver with keen analytical skills and a "can do" attitude
