Our client, is a market leading logistics distribution and supply chain business. Based out of Rochdale, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team.


Description

Duties of the Customer Service Coordinator will be/have:

  • First point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Processing orders and tracking these through to delivery
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment
  • Build relationships with customers to manage their accounts
  • Support continuous development and improvement of processes

Profile

  • Experience within a customer focused role
  • Dynamic approach with good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Commercially minded, supporting profitability
  • Computer literacy working knowledge of ERP and CRM systems (i.e. SAP, Salesforce)
  • Team player yet selfmotivated with the ability to work on own initiative and focus to accuracy
  • Contribute to a positive working environment

Job Offer
The salary on offer £24k - £26k

Hybrid available after training

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30
