We are actively searching for
a Supported Internship Job Coach to join our
Prep 4 Life department at our
Conway Park Campus for
35 hours per week.

We will offer a salary of
up to £24,666 per year plus many added incentives including:

About the Job

  • To work with students in the work place and to liaise with employers
  • To offer high quality, personalised support for learners with disabilities and/or other disadvantages which enables learners to seek, access and retain employment experiences with the longterm view of accessing paid employment and/or increased independence.
  • To develop and nurture employability skills of learners.
  • Develop learners' skills and knowledge of themselves, expectations, needs and areas for development in relation to the world of work.

About You

  • Level 2 or above English/literacy qualification.
  • Significant successful experience working with students with learning difficulties/disabilities in a work experience/supported employment setting
  • A high level of ability in supporting students with learning difficulties/disabilities to overcome any barriers they may face in the workplace
