We are actively searching for
a Supported Internship Job Coach to join our
Prep 4 Life department at our
Conway Park Campus for
35 hours per week.

We will offer a salary of
up to £24,666 per year plus many added incentives including:

To work with students in the work place and to liaise with employers
To offer high quality, personalised support for learners with disabilities and/or other disadvantages which enables learners to seek, access and retain employment experiences with the longterm view of accessing paid employment and/or increased independence.
To develop and nurture employability skills of learners.
Develop learners' skills and knowledge of themselves, expectations, needs and areas for development in relation to the world of work.

About You

Level 2 or above English/literacy qualification.
Significant successful experience working with students with learning difficulties/disabilities in a work experience/supported employment setting
A high level of ability in supporting students with learning difficulties/disabilities to overcome any barriers they may face in the workplace
