We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team who have had some grounding in real-world Dynamics CRM implementations.

As a member of this invaluable function, you can expect to work with a whole range of clients - from household names through to more boutique businesses.


You can also expect to receive a tailored development plan alongside any funding & support for Microsoft-related exams and certifications.

Some of the activities you can expect to be involved with include:

  • Conducting workshops with clients to gather requirements
  • Collaborating with the Sales teams to produce estimations
  • Assisting in highlevel planning and implementation methodology
  • Leading the functional design process
  • Negotiating and managing the functional scope to reduce risks for both the client and the company
  • Assist the Development teams with the creation of detailed Software Design Specifications
  • Conducting training for both clients and colleges

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Past professional experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
  • That you have attained relevant Microsoft certifications.
