We're now seeking aProperty Compliance Manager to work as part of the Property Services team.
You will play a vital role in keeping our residents safe by ensuring the smooth running of various property safety and compliance contracts, and the timely remediation of any identified property compliance actions.
You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and programming contracts to meet business needs, statutory landlord compliance obligations and legislative requirements.
You will ensure we maintain 100% compliance in respect of areas such as water hygiene, asbestos, fire safety, electrical safety, gas safety and lift maintenance.
You will also manage a small team of Administrators who will support you with the day-to-day management of data and programme works, from raising works orders and checking the completeness of data received, to ensuring evidence and certificates are always stored and managed in line with procedures.
