Call Centre Executive - Liverpool, United Kingdom - ALPHAATOMIC LTD
Description
As a Call Centre Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our call centre and ensure that customer service standards are met or exceeded.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
Salary:
From £23,978.49 per year
