Description

As a Call Centre Executive, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our call centre and ensure that customer service standards are met or exceeded.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about products and services to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Up sell products and services to customers when appropriate
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
  • Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes

Salary:
From £23,978.49 per year
