About Our Client:
The client is a market leading Property and Housing organisation based in North London.
They've experienced recent growth and are now looking for a full time office based Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Receptionist, your key responsibilities will be:
- Greeting visitors and customers in person or over the phone and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Answering and forwarding phone calls, taking messages and providing information
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Performing administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing and date entry
- Managing inventory and ordering office supplies
- Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Resolving customer complains or referring them to the appropriate person
The Successful Applicant:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as great organisation skills.
- Able to multitask effectively
- Team player
- Live locally in North London (Southgate)
- Experience as a Receptionist
