Description

Responsibilities include:


  • Management of a portfolio of transactions across a variety of markets, to include; leveraged finance, shipping, aviation, equity margin financing, European project finance, structured finance and general corporate lending.
  • Building and developing existing client relationships, acting as main focal point for portfolio.
  • Ensure accurate set up and maintenance of transactions including postclosure matters and deal termination.
  • Managing client coverage from annual reviews to KYC renewals.
  • Coordinating appropriate approvals prior to deal closure including KYC, deal review and trustee approvals.
  • Participation in deal review committee accordingly.
  • Ensure billing/legal invoicing is current and accurate.
  • Liasing with appropriate departments regarding implementation of new transactions.
  • Accurate creation, verification and actioning of diary dates for future events as per documenation.
  • Participating in sales activities, crossselling/business development as appropriate.
  • Contribute to product management of Loans.

Relevant experience/knowledge required:


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Legal background advantageous but not essential.
  • Prior experience within Transaction Management as Facility/Security/Loan Agent.
  • LMA documentation experience essential
  • Fiduciary knowledge/experience beneficial.
