Description
Responsibilities include:
- This role will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and include engaging senior stakeholders, partners and board members across the business in delivering the enterprise risk assessment programme;
- Leading the development and delivery of an innovative governance, risk and compliance technology platform;
- Enhancing the road map for continuous improvement of the group ERM framework; collaborate with relevant assurance providers (Compliance Monitoring, ISO21001, Internal Audit); and delivering appropriate training and awareness for all staff including seniorstakeholders;
- Facilitate workshops to further develop risk appetite, risk tolerances and associated risk metrics with key stakeholders;
- Facilitate enterprise risk assessment programme assisting senior stakeholders to undertake financial crime, business and information security risk assessments for various entities within the Group across all jurisdictions;
- Build out the ERM function within the Information Security and Risk Team, including the recruitment and ongoing professional development of team members and direct reports;
- Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure ERM aligns with an appropriate assurance programme including nonregulatory compliance monitoring;
- Prepare relevant riskrelated management information and assurance reports and present such reports as required;
- Advise the relevant parties of risk management issues that need to be brought to attention of senior management and/or the relevant boards.
Experience / Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years' industry experience in an Enterprise Risk Management capacity within Financial Services, ideally for a variety of entities, including offshore jurisdictions.
- Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime Compliance
- Preferably project management experience including delivering a technical platform to support Enterprise Risk Management.
- Superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to work to demanding deadlines.
- Selfdriven, confident and willing to take on responsibility with the ability to keep resilient under pressure.
- Strong client service mentality, with extensive technical skills in Enterprise Risk Management
- Indepth knowledge of Legal, Fiduciary and Company Administration is preferential.
- Excellent collaboration skills through strong stakeholder engagement
- Proven ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with internal and external clients through verbal and written formats.
- Process driven with proven diagnostic, problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
