Salary:
£20,000 - £25,000

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

What will you be doing?

Providing support for the depot network on a central hire desk.
You will provide quotations, hire information, and excellent customer service.
Administration of timesheets and ordering of PPE.
Your tasks may change due to lead times, so a flexible approach to your work would be ideal.
Internally you would also get involved in processing timesheets and general expenses for the teams.
Finally, you may get involved in stock counts and resource planning for future jobs.

A bit about you:

Good written and verbal skills to communicate with various people internally and externally.
To help understand the demands of the role, previous experience in an administrational role for an asset hire business would be advantageous.
Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft 36 outlook, Teams etc.
Ideally, Maths and English at Level 2

For this job, you must have good organisational skills as you will be working towards deadlines, and they need to be met at a fast and ever-changing pace.
