We are delighted to be representing our Cambridgeshire based client within the ambient food sector in the recruitment of a HR Business Partner.

This is a vital position within the business and well-suited to someone who is 'go-getter', confident and peoplefocused.

Accountabilities of the HR Business Partner include:
*Managing the HR team
*First point of contact for all general HR queries from responsible departments
*Employee relations as appropriate - EAP, benefits, and retention, disciplinaries, grievances, etc
*Take a proactive approach to the recruitment and onboarding processes for various departments across the business
*To successfully put in place HR related documentation/processes across the wider business
*To provide support to training/L&D as required
*Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

  • Ensure all policies are updated in line with current legislation, provide training/knowledge as required

To be considered for the position:
*You will be a passionate and professional HR Business Partner
*You will have experience of working in a fast-paced industry
*You will ideally be CIPD Level 5 accredited
*You will have generalist experience including key areas of HR such as - ER, recruitment, employee development and retention, payroll, L&D, etc.
*You will be strategic in nature and confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary on offer of £45,000-£60,000 depending on experience plus additional company benefits.
