Caterpillar has an exciting opportunity for a Product Sales and Support Specialist to join the Mini Excavator and Small Track Type Tractor team covering the Europe, Africa, Middle East & CIS region where you will contribute to enhanced Caterpillar, Dealer and customer success through effective understanding of the industries and segments we serve (new, used, rental, aftermarket and attachments).
Job duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gathering and communicating voice of customer and marketplace activity to the Caterpillar team to further product development and development of new solutions
- Providing product assistance and guidance both internally and to our dealers to support sales efforts
- Help create and promote materials that support sales growth, margin growth and dealer/customer engagement with the product in the region
- Delivering both virtual and inperson events such as training and press events; support customer visits and trade shows; and collaborate closely with the Customer & Training Centre team
- Support promotional launches for new products and features interritory
- Manage our fleet of demonstration machines
- Gather product analysis to support our machine performance and total cost of ownership messaging

- Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Completion of the Caterpillar prefield marketing training program or equivalent Caterpillar or dealer marketing experience are desirable
