Office based with some home working
Due to location of the office it is essential that you are a driver with access to a vehicle
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Administrator. This is a well established client with lots of benefits for employees, and opportunities for progression.
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the team and ensure that high standards are maintained.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support external customer with booking and queries
- Maintain excellent working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Maintain upto date records
- General administration duties
- Support team with travel arrangements
Knowledge/Skills required:
- Previous administration experience
- Experience of arranging travel
- Must be a driver
- Strong customer service skills
