We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Compliance Coordinator. You will be responsible for organising and coordinating quality assurance activities. This is a great role for an all-round coordinator who is extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Organise Quality Assurance activities
  • Organise the validation of assessment decisions, through moderation and verification, to comply with the quality assurance strategy.
  • Support the monitoring of Assessor/EQA performance.
  • Support scheduling and delivery of EQA standardisation.
  • Coordinate Quality Assurance Meetings, including collation of product performance data for analysis.
  • Support process for centre approval
  • Update approval records against KPIs before approval meetings.

Knowledge / Skills Required:


  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
  • High standard of written and oral communication.
  • Understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
  • Ability to convey simple numerical information suitable to the audience.
  • Understanding of contractual processes together with the ability to produce reports for intended audience.

Desirable:

Understanding of the qualification life cycle.

Understanding of Quartz/XAMS/Manage Engine.
