We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Compliance Coordinator. You will be responsible for organising and coordinating quality assurance activities. This is a great role for an all-round coordinator who is extremely organised with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise Quality Assurance activities
- Organise the validation of assessment decisions, through moderation and verification, to comply with the quality assurance strategy.
- Support the monitoring of Assessor/EQA performance.
- Support scheduling and delivery of EQA standardisation.
- Coordinate Quality Assurance Meetings, including collation of product performance data for analysis.
- Support process for centre approval
- Update approval records against KPIs before approval meetings.
Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- High standard of written and oral communication.
- Understanding of the ISO processes relating to quality assurance.
- Attention to detail with the ability to deliver to deadlines.
- Organisational skills with ability to prioritise.
- Ability to convey simple numerical information suitable to the audience.
- Understanding of contractual processes together with the ability to produce reports for intended audience.
Desirable:
Understanding of the qualification life cycle.
Understanding of Quartz/XAMS/Manage Engine.
