What you will be doing:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers of property.
You will also be responsible for calling for feedback and agreeing the next steps, there will be opportunities with each customer for additional services which you will uncover - this is how you can earn an additional £2k on top of your salary each year.
The hours:
9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturdays for which you will be given a day off in the week.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisation skills
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Strong administration office skills
