Take charge of a large P&L for your business area, overseeing financial aspects, ensuring profitability, and driving growth within the assigned channels.

Lead a dynamic team of 6 individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.

Your Mission:


As a Sales Controller, you will be a key architect in the strategic management of a dynamic channel that includes Away from Home customers and Pharmacy customers.


Key Tasks:


Channel Oversight:
Overseeing a channel that includes Away from Home customers, Pharmacy customers and the Food channel.

Product mix:
all household, health and beauty products across all suppliers; 'food' brands (Whitworths, Danone, Hipp, Grenade)


Product Mix Management:
Spearhead the curation and optimization of a product mix covering household, health, and beauty categories, sourced from diverse suppliers.


Financial Accountability:


Take charge of the Turnover (TO) for your business area, overseeing financial aspects and ensuring profitability within the assigned channels.


Team Leadership:


Lead a dynamic team of 6 individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development to enhance their skills and productivity.


Growth Agenda:


Drive the growth agenda for the assigned channels, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.


Customer Engagement:
Optimize customer engagement strategies to enhance relationships and satisfaction within the designated channels.


Experience/Competencies Required:


Channel Expertise:


A minimum of 5 years of robust experience within the Away from Home and Pharmacy channel, showcasing an in-depth understanding of its intricacies.


Industry Reputation:
A well-established reputation among the customer base, demonstrating credibility and trust within the industry.


Proven Growth:


Track record of delivering consistent year-on-year growth within the convenience and wholesale channel, showcasing your ability to navigate market dynamics successfully.


Team Leadership:
Demonstrated proficiency in building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.


Change Management:
Proven experience in effecting positive organizational change, showcasing adaptability and strategic thinking.
