Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Appraisals: Conduct thorough property appraisals to determine accurate market values and rental potential.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available rental properties through both online and offline channels.
  • Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and close deals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about the local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork and legal documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a sales or lettings role, preferably.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of property market trends and pricing strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to the real estate industry.
