We are hiring

We are looking for a full time Property Inspector to join our friendly Team The role is varied covering the documentation of a properties initial condition pre tenancy (Inventory/Schedule of Condition), periodic inspections (during the tenancy) and the completion of the End of Tenancy reports (Check Out)

This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. Someone who is calm and can work well under pressure in this busy working environment.

This is a full-time role and we offer a good basic salary and commission opportunities.
