About the Role:

Design and implement cutting-edge APIs, integration flows, and connectors using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform focused on startup scalability and agility.
Engage in the entire project lifecycle from ideation to deployment in a lean and iterative manner.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrations aligned with business objectives.
Promote the adoption of API-led connectivity for reusable and modular system integration.
Resolve complex technical challenges and adapt to the evolving needs of a startup environment.
Drive improvements in integration processes, emphasizing best practices, efficiency, and security.
Lead rapid prototyping and MVP development to test new features and ideas.
Manage the API lifecycle, including versioning, deprecation, and retirement strategies.
Cultivate a culture of learning and experimentation, keeping abreast of the latest MuleSoft technologies and sharing knowledge with the team.

As a MuleSoft Engineer, you must have a proven track record, ideally in a fast-paced setting, a deep understanding of API-led connectivity, and hands-on experience with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Strong programming skills in Java, XML, JSON, and web services (RESTful and SOAP) are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, showcasing excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills. MuleSoft certifications would be advantageous.
