This is a great opportunity for a qualified Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist to work collaboratively between SHSC and Sheffield City Council (SCC) Children, Young People & Families (CYPF) service. The service aims to increase the knowledge and understanding of staff who work with Children, Young People & Families to improve their skills in identifying and supporting adults with mental health issues and determine thresholds to specialist services.

This is a 2-year fixed term contract or a secondments opportunity. We are open to secondments from Local Authority employees pending line manager approval.
This post involves both home working and working in various bases, throughout the City dependant on service need.
