Description

Morgan Hunt are working with a cutting edge public sector body, who require a User Researcher on a 6 month contract.

Role Responsibilities

  • Facilitate, prepare and conduct primarily qualitive research.
  • Offer artefacts such as insights, finding reports and recommendations
  • Ensure system touchpoints during a users' life time with the company are part of a consistent experience
  • Facilitate workshops and codesign services
  • Compliment sprint cycle by delivering UX feedback to agile delivery teams
  • Coach and support the UX community
  • Support any secondary activities
Role Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Experience in facilitating difficult discussions within a team
  • History working within an agile environment
  • Knowledge of delivery government services following the Scottish Government Digital First Service Standard
Role Details

  • 6 month contract
  • Hybrid Working
- must attend the office 2/3 days a week

  • Edinburgh or Glasgow based
- £500-£550 per day

  • Outside IR35
