Trainee Financial Planner - Sutton coldfield, Hybrid - Salary negotiable plus company benefits
MBF are currently working with an award winning firm of Chartered Financial Planner's in Sutton Coldfield who are looking to recruit a Senior Paraplanner/ Associate Financial Planner

The company are highly respected in the area and known as true Financial Planners. They provide holistic, tailored financial planning solutions to HNW clients

The role:

This role is an Associate Financial Planner position; a hybrid of technical report writing and client interaction.
You will be working alongside a Lead Chartered Financial Planner, attending client meetings and then producing the relevant suitability report post meeting.
Over time, you will start to "lead" elements of client meetings, for instance running the cashflow element of the meeting, which will help with your confidence dealing with HNW individuals while also developing your presentation/ pitching skills.
When you are full comfortable with running all elements of a meeting, you will start to pick up clients from the lead planner and run these clients yourself. Once you have a sufficient level of Assets Under Management to ensure you are profitable, you can then move out into your own 'Lead Planner' role. This will provide a "safe and controlled" environment for you to develop and learn the company's processes while developing their skills in front of clients etc.

Requirements:

You should be an existing Paraplanner or Trainee adviser, qualified to a minimum Level 4 but ideally also holding advanced qualifications.
Experience of cashflow modelling would be an advantage

The salary expectation is in the region of £4045k plus bonus and benefits, depending on skillset, qualifications etc.
