As an Asset Information System Scheduler, you are responsible for delivering optimal asset performance, working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
Your role will involve:
- Work with stakeholders in our business unit to review asset data quality and the associate maintenance plans, to ensure that compliance & asset performance are maintained to our defined standards.
- Preparation and implementation of maintenance job plans and Masterplans in line with our standards and loading of job plan into the enterprise asset management system (Maximo).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop optimised maintenance schedules for the engineering delivery teams.
- Generates optimum demand forecast, integrated plans and resource schedules aligned to the delivery teams requirements.
- Ensure appropriate and timely Planned Maintenance strategies are implemented for new assets by close liaison with the principal engineers and Asset Managers.
- Support business needs regarding reporting management including: Asset compliance against maintenance strategy implementation, the quality and accuracy of assert information data and the Accuracy and timeliness of maintenance delivery plans
These skills are essential:
- Significant experience working in a organisation with a focus on technical support systems such as CMMS and EAM, document management or GIS systems.
- Technical knowledge in one or more of the following Asset Information Systems such as Maximo v7.5, Documentum/business collaborator, intermediate/advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in scheduling disciplines.
