Permanent Service/Accounts Administrator required for Portadown.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Engineering Manager the role will be focused on administration tasks within the Engineering Service department.


Duties will include:


  • Analysis of engineers weekly timesheets
  • Raising sale service invoices generated from engineers timesheets
  • Raising sale spare parts invoices
  • Raising machinery sale / machinery rental invoices (directed from the project manager)
  • Any analysis required directed from the service department manager
  • Receiving over flow phone calls from customers
  • Over flow picking and dispatching parts (directed from the Service department Coordinator)
  • Booking in Spare Parts
  • Bank posting and reconciling
  • Bank lodgments
  • Post lodgments
  • Posting employee credit card expenses

Essential Criteria

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include excel and word
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience of an accounting package within a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication skills

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8.30 am pm


Salary:
£22,000 - £25,000 DOE
