An exciting TEMPORARY Medical Workforce Team Leader position in Central London where you will be responsible for a small team of Medical HR Advisors and Medical Recruitment Coordinators.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Medical Workforce Team Leader include:

advise on all aspects of the Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions of Service as well as the Trust policies,

- oversee medical recruitment and liaise with hiring managers to deliver recruitment campaigns,
- bench-marking salaries for all grades of doctors,
- coach and support team of 4 on a day to day basis.

Profile

The successful Medical Workforce Team Leader will have Medical Workforce exposure and had previously advised on Medical TCS including the junior doctor TCS.

The incumbent will have previously worked with ESR and took acre of payroll, including dealing with retrospective pay issues, complex pay issues ESR entry (starters, leavers junior doc rotations).
