Cygnet Health Care are looking for an organised
HR Onboarding Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others.


You'll be working 40hours per week, Monday to Thursday at our Central Office in Birmingham and Fridays' working from home.


The role:


This role will include chasing pre-employment checks for applicants, making sure all pre-employment checks meet the CQC criteria, working closely with our recruitment and HR team to ensure you are offering an efficient and supportive approach to our centralteam.

You will also assist the management team with the administration of any recruitment/HR functions as needed.

Your day-to-day...

  • Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support
  • Prepare contract and preemployment offers
  • Keep files & records as required
  • Work cooperatively with all other members of the administration team to ensure the department runs smoothly
  • Answer the telephone & respond to all enquiries in a friendly, efficient manner
